Tammy Leivan, 64, passed away May 14th, 2025, at her home in Lamar, Missouri. She was born February 14th, 1961, in Columbus, Kansas to Charlie Johnson and Patricia “Sparling” Johnson. Tammy has been a long-time resident of Jasper County and has lived in Barton County for the past five years. She was an independent contractor and had various jobs throughout the Baron and Jasper country area. Tammy enjoyed cleaning the house, baking and her favorite hobby, spoiling her grandkids.

Tammy was united in marriage to David Leivan on April 21st, 2021, at their “hog shed” at their home in Lamar, Missouri; He survives.

She is survived by one son Brian Baker of Sunbury, Ohio. Three Daughters; Angie Taffner of Jasper, Missouri, Karry Lynn Baker of Buffalo, Missouri, Beverly Smith of Lamar, Missouri. Seven grandchildren; Alysha, Preston, Casandra, Luna, Bradley, Baylee and Bryce.

Tammy Is proceeded in death by her parents, Charlie Johnson and Patricia Johnson. One brother; Chuck Johnson (1977). One sister; Terry Phillips (2022).

The Family will be holding a celebration of life at a later date.
